Health details can also be recorded as well as details about any pets that they may have under their care. We do not record the content of any documents but only their locations. Likewise, in the matters of health and pets, a print out can be taken that can be placed in a persons purse or wallet to further assist with their peace of mind. it is important that you only record what you are willing for others to see and this is explained in question 12 of our 'Frequently asked Questions' section of the site. Health wise, I am trying to reduce my weight through swimming and walking with the odd bit of tennis thrown in'.
